Yes! Catholics believe the Vocation of marriage is for the good of the universal Church. Anyone is more than welcome to attend the wedding Mass and to pray for us as we enter the Sacrament of Marriage.
Since our ceremony will be celebrated with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, we ask that if you plan to receive Holy Communion, you prepare appropriately by going to confession. If you have not been to confession in a while or have not received the Sacraments, you are more than welcome to come up for a blessing from a priest during Communion, indicated by crossing your arms over your chest, or to remain in your seat. (Don't worry, we will make an announcement right before Communion again!) If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to reach out to Thomas or Jamie.
There will be plenty of parking for both the ceremony and reception.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30. Please plan to be seated before then. The Chapel of the Holy Cross (on the campus of where the groom and many Mooney men went to high school) is a stunning space, rich with art and beauty, so get there early if you want more time to take it in!
Right down the road! Max 3 minutes by car. It would be walkable if it were not July in Florida.
Out of respect for being in a sacred place, and given that there will be hired professionals present to capture every moment, we kindly ask that you keep your phone away and off during the entirety of the ceremony. Be present and enjoy the moment!
We are excited to celebrate this day with our family and close friends. While we wish we could host everyone, we have a limited guest list for the reception and we ask that only those who have RSVP'd "yes" to the reception attend the reception.
See the "Schedule" tab for more information.
Please RSVP by June 2nd!
