Absolutely! We have tried to ensure that kids are included in invites. Please do keep in mind that this event has taken lots of time and effort to plan and is very important to us. As much as we love children, if they are causing significant disruption or are disrespecting the venue we may quietly ask you to leave.
Absolutely! As long as you have a plus one. We love the support however we are limited in space and budget and if a plus one was not included in your invite, we unfortunately are not able to accommodate.
Yes! At the venue there will be plenty of parking as well as people who will guide you as you arrive to ensure everyone has plenty of room.
On this website, the travel tab has a list of hotels in the area as well as details about on site accommodations.
Please feel free to contact us and we can help make arrangements for you to stay on site. We would rather arrange for a tent than have anyone get in an accident or get hurt.
