What is The Easiest Way to Get and From the Venue and Where do I Park?
Answer
We have a coordinator through the venue who will direct you to a parking spot if you choose to bring your own vehicle. Otherwise, Ubers, Lyfts and Taxis can easily access the venue.

What is the wedding dress code?
Answer
We are having a more casual affair and want you to look good and be comfortable. Our dress-code is cocktail attire. If you have questions regarding the dress code or need help please feel free to reach out!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting it's both! Our ceremony will be taking place outside, but there are many trees to provide shade from the warm September evenings. Reception will take place in the main venue which includes multiple outdoor spaces (including a patio) as well as indoor bar and seating.

When do I need to RSVP by?
Answer
We need the final guest count by August 1st. Please kindly RSVP before 8/1/2023.

Am I allowed a plus one?
Answer
Those who can have a plus one should have had this included on their invitations with their RSVPs. If you feel you have been missed and need a plus one please reach out.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
Yes! Please just let us know if we missed them and we will add them to the invites :)

I have a plus one but I’m not sure who it’s for?
Answer
If you have a plus one it’s for whoever you’d like! We are not limiting plus ones to significant others only. Feel free to bring your partner, your bestie, your mom, whoever you want! (Over the age of 16) If you have questions just let us know

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Typically in Spokane around this time the highs are in the low to mid 80s. Since the wedding will be taking place in the afternoon/evening we can expect warmer temperature during the ceremony to cooler 60's throughout the night.

Where should I stay?
Answer
There are many hotels and airbnbs in the surrounding area. We have taken the time to compile a list of hotels for you. Please take a look under the "travel" tab

What type of food will be served at your wedding?
Answer
After the ceremony you can expect a cocktail hour with bar service. Reception food will include a selection of appetizers and for later in the night pizza and desserts. Our venue specializes in Italian Cuisine. Please reach out with any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

Will there be an Open Bar?
Answer
We will have a wide selection of wine, beer and liquors for cocktails. You should only need to purchase your own if you are requesting high-shelf liquor. We are happy to be able to provide bar service for you.

Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
Please do not do this. Our wedding will have a full service bar with plenty of options. Bringing in your own alcohol will get us fined 1000 dollars per incident. If you need to have something special, please do so offsite either before or after our celebration. Thank you for understanding.

We have made it very simple and registered through our wedding website. Please click on the registry link above to be taken there.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We are planning to start at 5, please arrive before then.

Am I allowed to take photos during the wedding?
Answer
We have hired a professional photographer for photos during the ceremony and ask that you remain off your phone and present with us. After the ceremony feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!
