Lambert Airport is 10 minutes from Clayton (where the hotel blocks are) and is super easy to fly into and out of, with a ton of airlines and flight options. Lyft, Uber and Taxis are easily available from the airport, as well.
Train
Fro those coming from Chicago, the Amtrak train is a good option! It typically takes around 6 hours, but there can be significant delays so make sure you give yourself plenty of time. It will drop you off in downtown St. Louis, where you can easily get a taxi or Uber/Lyft.

Driving to St. Louis is a great option from Chicago, as well. It usually takes about 4 1/2 hours (depending on how many snack breaks you take!) and Waze is generally the best resource to map out your trip. Parking in St. Louis and, especially Clayton, is very easy and often free.
