Please plan to arrive by 5:00PM to accommodate for parking and walking over to the Cotton Dock. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM. The doors will close at 5:25PM. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be permitted onto the dock until the conclusion of the ceremony. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to make this most important part of our day peaceful and stress-free.
Please RSVP either by mail or here on our website by September 26th. Our venue requires an exact final headcount by this date to ensure adequate preparations. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, you will automatically be marked as “not attending.”
Due to limited capacity on the dock, we can only accommodate those named on your formal invitation. Please refer to your paper RSVP card enclosed in the formal invitation or the RSVP tab here on our website to view the number of seats reserved in your honor.
The dress code is formal. We encourage you to wear a dark suit and tie or a midi/maxi evening gown. Please do not wear jeans. The wedding party will be dressed in dark navy. Guests are welcome to coordinate in shades of blue as well.
The ceremony will take place outside on the Cotton Dock. While seating is covered, please don't forget to dress according to the weather.
You will be directed to the event parking space by the Gate Guard at 1235 Long Point Rd. Upon arrival, notify the guard that you are here for our wedding, and you will not need to pay for parking.
While complimentary champagne will be available, there will not be an open or cash bar for other alcoholic beverages.
Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate all children. However, there will be an exception for family and those in the wedding party.
