There will be parking available about a quarter mile away from the venue, across from the Pine Valley Community Bible center. From there, we will be providing shuttles (by way of hayride) to the venue entrance. Please be sure to get there a little early to allow for this. Thank you!
That is what we are aiming for so please make sure to get to Pine Valley around 2:45pm because parking is a little ways from the venue (see details in parking question below).
Having a remote mountain wedding definitely has its perks! And... Uber unfortunately isn't one of them. Rideshares are not reliable nor common up here, so please be sure to plan a responsible way back to your hotel/home ahead of time. Carpooling is highly encouraged :).
The weather currently forecasts sunny and warm during the day, but can get really chilly at night since we're in the mountains! We will have heaters at the reception, but please be sure to bring a coat or thick jacket.
Well, you're going to be in the wilderness... but you're also going to be at a wedding. So, we recommend dressy yet comfortable; meaning wear a nice dress or suit but make sure you can walk comfortably in your shoes on some uneven gravel.
We love your kids, but we asked that children and babies please stay at home.
