Will there be transportation?

Answer

There will be transportation provided on a first come, first served basis that will transport to the venue before the ceremony and will transport from the venue back to the hotel after the reception. If you plan on leaving the reception early, driving is recommended, as the shuttles will only be making their scheduled trips. There is limited parking on site if you wish to drive. Buses will arrive to the hotels at 4:00pm and leave by 4:10pm. The reception will conclude at 10:00pm, and buses will be present to transport guests back to the hotels.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. If rain is in the forecast, all events will move indoors.
