The Houses will be available from Monday 10/24/22 until the following Monday on 10/31/22 Many of you will have to leave right after the wedding to make other events so I think to fly in on either Monday the 24th or Tuesday the 25th would work best to make a full trip out of it, but TOTALLY UP TO YOU when you want to fly in. If you want to make the booze cruise on Tuesday morning, you will have to fly in on this Monday!

Instructions To Book From Body Glove: Your guests need to call me for the discounted group rate. I am in the office from 7 am until 3 pm Monday through Friday. They can also send a text and I will call them. 808-987-1655 Just have them mention that they are booking for the wedding block on 10/25. Everyone will receive a confirmation email from FareHarbor once their reservation is confirmed and paid in full. Each person will also need to fill out a liability waiver prior to boarding. A link will be sent to them so that they can do that digitally prior to the event.” Alcohol served entire time but it is also friendly for all ages, kids included! Need to be at Kailua-Kona Pier at 7:30 AM Boat leaves at 8:00 AM We’ll be back around noon.

LUAU Dinner at Kamaki Place

My gracious Ohana has offered to put on a Luau dinner for all of our close friends and family who will be around and want to join us for the evening. I didn't want our actual wedding to be "Hawaiian themed" so this will be perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy the traditional "Hawaiian experience." Hawaiian music, hawaiian food, pig in the ground, compartment paper plates...the full on local style gathering!

LEFTY'S BIRTHDAY

The day before our wedding is indeed Lefty's 24th Birthday!!! I think he'll want to have a nice breakfast at the house with everyone and then maybe a nice beach day but we'll see.
Rehearsal in Church

The rehearsal will be at St. Michael's Church on Ali'i Drive in Kailua-Kona at 2:30
Rehearsal Dinner at Papa Konas
4:00 pm
The rehearsal Dinner will be held at Papa Kona's restaurant which is directly across the street from St. Michael's Church. We can all just walk there after we're done with rehearsal in Church. Dinner will be hosted and provided by Pete & Shane Holman...Huge THANK YOU to the both of them!

Hotel Stay the Day After Wedding

The Hilton Waikoloa Ocean Tower is such a fun and awesome hotel. We have our hotel block and I thought it would be so fun for all of us to get rooms the next day and enjoy the resort on Saturday and Check-out on Sunday. Groomsmen will be getting ready at hotel. Men please be ready and plan to be at the church by 1:30 PM that day...preferably semi-sober lol Everyone else will be getting ready at the house. No "first look" so pictures to follow right after! Wedding party & ALL FAMILY please stick around! I will try to get them all over with as quick as possible :)

Wedding Reception starts at 4:30. Wedding party will most likely show up a bit later. Planning to do bridal party entrances around 5:30/5:45...then we PARTY the rest of the night away!
