Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but unless they are included on the invitation, we'd prefer our wedding to be a parents night out!

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Yes we do! We're registered here on Zola as well as Target which is linked in. Here is a direct link to the registry. https://www.zola.com/wedding/hollynick/registry

Can I take an item off of a couple’s Zola registry if I decide to purchase it elsewhere?

Answer

Yes! You can either let us know directly and we can mark it purchased on our end, or if you'd prefer to keep the gift a surprise you can do it directly through Zola: Please reach out to us at (408) 657-9652, or contact us so we can go ahead and mark that item as purchased. We will need both of the couple’s full names, the wedding date, and the item(s) purchased. Also, we will need your full name, and the order confirmation number.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/cocktail attire. Keep in mind the ceremony will be outside on the terrace, so plan accordingly (don't worry you won't need to walk through any grass in heels) If the sun is shining, you may want sunglasses handy.

Is there parking/transportation for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the Venue and guests are welcome to leave their car overnight (AKA please do not drive home without a Designated Driver) If you're staying at the Country Inn down the street, they will be shuttling to and from the venue! If you're staying elsewhere there should be plenty of Uber/Lyft's in the area.

What about COVID?

Answer

We are committed to the safety and well-being of all of our guests and the staff at the event and are taking necessary precautions. We do prefer guests to be vaccinated for an event this size for the safety of some of our guests, but are not currently requiring for attendance. We are keeping a close eye on the current situation and what will happen over the coming months. If we need to change anything prior to the event we will keep in touch.
