How far is the reception from the church?

Answer

The Depot is a short, 14-minute drive from St Joseph’s.

Where do we send gifts and late RSVPs?

How long will the ceremony be?

Answer

We are having a traditional Eucharistic ceremony. Due to the time for the service and communion, it will be longer than the average 20-minute wedding.

Am I expected to take communion during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Everyone who has been baptized is more than welcome to take communion. You do not need to be a part of St. Joseph’s. If you would prefer not to, that is perfectly fine.

We have asked Buck’s BBQ in Gallatin to cater our reception because it’s not only one of our favorite local places but also because of its owner’s community work connecting senior citizens and local schools. Due to the religious affiliation of Jerod’s university, we will be unable to serve alcohol.
