Early May in Bluffton is typically in the mid to high 70s, with mornings in the mid-50s and afternoons climbing into the 80s. It hasn’t rained on this weekend in the past 10 years, and we're hoping that streak continues.
Yes, all of our celebrations will be held at Berkeley Hall — starting with the welcome party on Friday evening, followed by the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on Saturday evening.
Yes. Shuttles will run to and from the hotels where we have room blocks reserved, bringing guests to Berkeley Hall and back after the events. If you choose to stay at a hotel without a block, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation. Rideshares are generally easy to find from any hotel to Berkeley Hall.
There are a few options: rental car, car service, or rideshare. Please note: If you’re flying into Hilton Head Airport (HHH), rideshares can be difficult to find. In that case, we recommend booking a rental car or arranging a car service in advance. We’ll share car service recommendations in the coming months. Rideshares are generally easy to find if you’re flying into Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV).
Savannah/Hilton Head International (SAV) is about 40–45 minutes from Berkeley Hall and is our preferred airport, with the widest selection of flights. Rideshares to and from SAV are generally easy to find. Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) is about 30–40 minutes from Berkeley Hall, but rideshares there are limited, so a rental car or car service is recommended.
Yes, we've reserved room blocks at the first two hotels listed on the Lodging page: (1) Hampton Inn & Suites Bluffton–Sun City and (2) Best Western Plus Bluffton/Hilton Head Hotel. We’ve included direct booking links on that page so you can easily secure a room within the blocks.
