Maid of Honor
We met on the first day of tenth grade. We were both looking for the dance room, walking around aimlessly, and finally asked where the other was going. We then bonded over both of our initials being H.R. and she invited me to her birthday party. We've been best friends ever since that night. She is the sweetest, most beautiful human being I know, my favorite tiny little blonde, and I would be hopelessly lost without her friendship!
Matron of Honor
I met Holly when I was nine years old. She was Holly Hailey then, but she would later marry my cousin Jimmy. I was very skeptical of this new Holly, but she quickly gained my trust and love after she and Jimmy drove me around in his truck, playing Kelly Clarkson and eating french fries. She has made such an impact on my life ever since and I couldn't ask for a better role model or cousin!
Bridesmaid
Katelyn and I met in the 8th grade. I was new and she was pushing past me yelling "OUT OF THE WAY, I'M TRYING TO GET TO MY BEST FRIEND" (well, her best friend at the time.) Little did she know we would be cast in a class play, The Case of The Punjabi Ruby, and would instantly click. She has been one of my best and truest friends ever since.
Bridesmaid
Delana is my curly-headed other half. We met in 2013 when she walked into Fossil at The Woodlands Mall, where I was working, and I exclaimed "you're adorable, you should work here!" She filled out an application and we've only grown closer and closer over the years. She's become one of my best friends and I'm so glad she stepped into my life.
Bridesmaid
Julia is the eldest daughter of my brother, David, and my beautiful niece. I remember holding her in my arms for the first time and being completely enamored with this perfect, tiny human. She has grown into this amazing, strong, intelligent, and loving soul. She is such a light in my life and I'm so thankful for the relationship we have!!
Bridesmaid
Alyssa is the beautiful sister of Wade. I remember Wade telling me that of all of his family members Alyssa's approval was the hardest to earn. I was so nervous to meet her, but by the end of the night she had me trying on her wedding ring! I'm so excited to become a part of this family and to be gaining such a wonderful woman as my sister-in-law!
Bridesmaid
I met Jacy through Wade. Her fiance, Jordan, and Wade are besties, so we were destined to become bffs as well! We really bonded, though, over a night of talking about all of our many health issues (#miserycompanionsforlife) and discovering just how much we have in common. Jacy happened to walk into my life right when I needed her most and I'm so thankful for her friendship.
Bridesmaid
I met Devin for the first time in passing in 2016, where she and her boyfriend, Nathan, and Wade were all roommates. She lent her computer to us so we could watch a movie. Fast forward to December of 2017, where we really grew close. We went on a trek to Jamba Juice where we basically poured out our life stories to each other over smoothies. She has become my soul sister and I know we will be friends forever!
Best Man
Jordan and I met when we were working at TGI Friday's back in college station. I was convinced he hated me at first, but after this one party when he realized I "wasn't a jerk" (his words) and after Friday's went under, we spent the day closing down the restaurant and that night we really bonded. We didn't have much else to do, so we hung out pretty much every day for the rest of that week. One (probably drunken) night we both agreed the other would be our best man and now in March of 2019 I will be standing next to him when he marries the love of his life, Jacy. I can't think of anyone else better suited to be my best man.
Groomsman
Chris and I were neighbors from the ages of four to eight and we were inseparable. We did everything together; skateboarded, rode bikes, we even started a band, Never Ending, which ultimately ended... but even after I moved away in the third grade we stayed very close. I am so glad our friendship has lasted this long and that he will be standing with me on our big day.
Groomsman
I met Ty in the ninth grade when we joined the band, A Candle Lit City, and throughout high school we just got closer and closer. That band ended up lasting through college, getting a name change (Like Monroe,) getting signed to a record label, and going on quite a few tours. Ty is like family and it wouldn't be the same if he wasn't one of my groomsmen.
Groomsman
Drew is my sister's husband and someone I look up to as a wonderful example of a husband and father. He has been such a great addition to our family and I'm honored that he will be standing with me on our big day.
Groomsman
Blake and I met through Ty and we have only gotten closer over the years. We ended up being roommates twice, once in San Antonio in college, and currently in Clearlake. Blake is someone who is so easy going and can have a good time anywhere he goes, he will be a great groomsman.
Groomsman
I met Mason in elementary school playing soccer. We hung out with the same kids, but didn't become close until we both went to college in San Antonio. He may seem quiet, but underneath that rough exterior is a hilarious guy with even better dance moves. I know he's gonna tear it up on the dance floor and be a great groomsman.
Groomsman
Nathan and I met when he became the drummer for Like Monroe in 2012. He is another one of my roommates and our unofficial mechanic, handyman, and bartender. He is one of the most hard working, honest, and truly genuine guys I've ever known. Some of the best times we've had are when we're just drinking in the kitchen talking about life. I'm very glad Nathan will be there for me on our big day.
Flower Girl
Sweet Anna is the daughter of my cousin Rick and his wife Crystal. She is truly an angel on earth and will make a beautiful flower girl!
Flower Girl
Hailey is the beautiful daughter of my matron of honor, Holly, and my cousin Jimmy. She is the sweetest, sassiest, most adorable little girl and I couldn't imagine our wedding without her!
Flower Girl
Marieva is the second daughter of my brother, David, and his wife Paula. She is beautiful, brilliant, strong, and fearless. She will make the most precious flower girl and having her in our wedding will make it the perfect day!
Flower Girl
Mia is the youngest daughter of my brother, David, and his wife Paula. She is the absolute embodiment of cute. Having this beautiful and hilarious little girl in my wedding means so much to us.
Ring Bearer
Hudson is the precious son of Wade's sister, Alyssa, and her husband, Drew. He will make the most handsome tiny ring bearer and we can't wait to see him in his little bow tie!!
Ring Bearer
Luke is the son of my matron of honor, Holly, and my cousin, Jimmy. He is the best little man I know and will make the most adorable "ring security." He has a big job on our big day and I know he is up for the challenge!
Ring Bearer
Ben is the youngest son of my cousin Ricky and his wife, Crystal. He has the cutest little cherub face with an even sweeter personality! He is the perfect little gentleman and will do a great job guarding the rings!
