When is the last day to RSVP?

Answer

APRIL 30TH!!! If we have not received your RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend and will not have a seat or a meal for you. No exceptions will be made.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are many hotels in the city of Reno and Sparks to chose from. There are also some nice RV parks for those of you that would like to travel with your trailer or motorhome! I have linked a variety of hotels and RV parks to chose from on the travel page on our website.

Are kids welcome/can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have limited space and a guest limit must be enforced. Because of this, only people who's names are listed on the invitation are invited and can be RSVP'd for.

What should I wear?

Answer

The theme for our wedding is country garden party. Girls are welcome to wear sun dress and sandals or boots and boys are welcome to wear jeans and boots.

Where should I park?

Answer

Our venue has 70 onsite parking spots for guests. Please remember to lock your car doors and do not leave anything of value within eye shot. Our venue is in Mid-town Reno and a very high traffic area.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that people arrive between 2:30pm- 2:45pm. Doors will open at 2:30pm and the doors will be locked at 2:50pm. Please do not arrive later than 2:50pm or you will not be allowed in until after the ceremony finishes.

Is the ceremony and reception inside or outside/ what will the weather be like?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be hosted mainly indoors with cocktail hour being hosted on an outdoor deck. The weather should be beautiful but please bring a sweater if you get chilly.

What are the meal options?

Answer

We will be having a mac and cheese with BBQ pulled pork bar with many toppings along with soft serve ice cream for dessert! Come ready to eat!!

Will there be alcohol and other drinks?

Answer

YES! There will be a free water station all night. There will be a cash bar during cocktail hour and the reception. Sodas are $2.50 each and alcoholic beverages range from $5-$6 for beers, $8 for liquor and $10-$11 for glasses of wine!

The newly wed send off will take place at 8pm and all guest will need to leave by 8:15pm. Please be aware of this and abide by it. If you cause the wedding to surpass the allotted time for the venue, you will be responsible for any extra fees that are accrued!
