FAQs

Question

Are masks required?

Answer

No. We will have masks available for any who would wish one. We are expecting a large group to attend the reception so we understand if you choose to stay home out of caution. Likewise if you are sick, we hope that you are able to stay home, rest up and feel better soon!

Question

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

While we love you all, the ceremony is going to be a smaller, private affair than the reception. :)

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be hosting a couple of kegs and a speciality cocktail. Beyond that it is a cash bar.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We do have a number of children invited to the reception. When you RSVP you will see if your child is invited. We will have a few activities for kids to do. However, we will not have child supervisors at the reception. You will need to be responsible for your children.

Question

Is there an ATM at the venue?

Answer

No, but there is an ATM next door in the Cape Fox Lodge.

Question

Where can I stay near the venue?

Answer

The Cape Fox Lodge is right next door to the Ted Ferry Civic Center. There is a block of rooms set aside for reservation under the Westergard/Filyaw wedding.

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is free parking at the Ted Ferry Civic Center. If you are planning to drink, please arrange a designated driver or call one of our local cab companies (Sourdough (907)225-5544 or Yellow (907)225-5555).
