When/How Do I RSVP?
Answer
Our RSVP deadline is set for 5/12/2024. This helps us give a final number to our vendors with ample time. You can RSVP on our website by scanning the QR code given- if this is not an option please text or call Holly at 309-202-4954.

Is your wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, our ceremony will be located outdoors. If it does happen to rain, there is an indoor area of the barn to have our ceremony. Cocktail hour & reception will be a mixture of in the barn and outside the barn. Dinner, the DJ booth/dance floor, and reception festivities will take place in the barn; however, there is an outdoor patio where you can relax and try your hand at cornhole!

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the barn where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during a cocktail hour.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time

What should I wear?
Answer
Dress to impress! Our wedding dress code can range from semi-formal/cocktail attire to formal wear. Everyone enjoys getting dressed up every once in awhile-nows your time to shine! Although not necessary, if you like to stick to the theme, our color pallet includes: black, white, ivory, & nude. Please keep in mind this is an early summer wedding and the ground elements include cement, gravel, and grass. I would highly advise you bring some bug spray if possible.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We have opted into the cash bar option. There will be a full service bar available with beer, wine, spirits, & cocktails! The bar staff takes cash or card.

Can I bring a plus one or my children?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation. This goes for children as well.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We politely ask that during our wedding ceremony you remain unplugged. We have hired wonderful photographers to capture these precious moments for us- please live in the moment. Once our ceremony is over, fair game! We will have a photo booth, selfie mirror, and more and encourage the use of your phones to capture some awesome memories!

Will there be food?

After the ceremony, we will provide some light finger foods & the cash bar will be available. We will be serving dinner followed by desert for you to enjoy! DINNER: BBQ- Buffet style DESERTS: chocolate fudge cupcakes w/buttercream icing, fun'Yetti" cupcakes w/buttercream icing, & lemon-raspberry w/cream cheese icing

Where should we bring/send wedding gifts?
Answer
Since you’re traveling for our wedding, making the trip is a gift in itself — physical gifts are absolutely not necessary! If you do choose to browse our wedding registry, however, any items on the list can be shipped directly to our home address 1725 Valle Vista Blvd. Pekin, IL. 61554. We are registered at Amazon and options to gift cash/honeymoon fund if that is what you prefer on our "registry" tab. We will have a card box on site of the wedding reception for cards/cash.
