Question

What day should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1 to allow ample time for planning.

Question

Will parking be available?

Answer

Parking will be across the street from the location of the ceremony and reception. Parking is on grass and limited spacing is available. We encourage carpooling! :)

Question

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

We'd like to keep the guest list to those listed on the invitation. No additional guests can be accommodated unless listed otherwise on your invite.

Question

Will there be a gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

A 90-minute cocktail hour will take place on the land between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy drinks, small bites, and lawn games.

Question

Is there anything I should bring as a guest?

Answer

We'll be providing sunscreen, hand fans and ice water to combat the heat during our outdoor ceremony, but we do suggest that guests bring a pair of sunglasses so they can comfortably view the proceedings.

Question

What is on the menu?

Answer

We plan to serve a various selection of easy-to-eat foods during cocktail hour. For dinner, we will have a choice of baked chicken or ham with sides of mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed veggies, and dinner rolls. When you RSVP, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30-45 minutes early to allow time for the short walk to the ceremony.

Question

What happens in the case of inclement weather?

Answer

In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held at Cornerstone Church (S3111 Ableman Rd.). The reception will remain at the original location.

Question

What is an appropriate gift?

Answer

We are so excited to share this day with you. Your presence is a gift to us. If you wish to honor us with a gift, you can find the registry on this website or a card/gift table will be located at the reception.
