FAQs

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Due to accommodating for space, food and seating, we kindly ask that you please RSVP by no later than December 1, 2024.

Question

What time is the wedding?

Answer

5:00 PM

Question

When should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at Park Crest Event Facility at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. There are multiple parking locations so please allow yourself enough time to park and walk to the venue.

Question

What if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are late the ceremony please do not interrupt. You will be able to stand outside and watch from a distance and join us once it is time for the reception.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting our guests please dress in semi-formal/cocktail attire. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we LOVE your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children. Due to limited numbers, it will be reflected on your invitation and RSVP if your children are invited. IF we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to have a night for yourselves and enjoy the night with us!

Question

Can I bring a date or +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP.

Question

Can we take photo's on our phone or camera?

Answer

We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture our ceremony. Therefore, we please ask all guests partake in our "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony so that all guests can be 100% present with us during this time. After the ceremony, please take as many photos and videos as you want. We can't wait to see them!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We want you to have a great time, so the first few are on us! We have paid for a set amount of drinks at the bar. Once that amount runs out, the bar will turn into a "cash bar". This means that you will need to be prepared to pay for your drinks with either cash or card. We hope everyone takes the opportunity on our wedding night to celebrate and have fun! Our one request is that you please do not drink and drive. Please coordinate prior to our wedding with a designated driver or there will be ride share options available in the area.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
