Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately we have limited capacity at the venue so not everyone will be able to bring a plus one. Please check your invite, all invitees will be named.

There is plenty of parking on site for those that wish to drive.

Can I stay at the venue

Answer

Due to limited capacity at the venue we will be contacting guests individually for availability. If you haven't heard from us please look to our travel and accommodation section of the wedding website for alternative options.

I'm travelling via taxi, what should I know?

Answer

Please follow the instructions on the travel section of the website. Due to the venue being in a small village it is important you have organised transport to and from the venue in advance of the day. If you require assistance please get in touch with the bride or groom, we are happy to help!

Are the ceremony and reception locations accessible?

Answer

We are very lucky that Stubton Hall is accessible via wheelchair to all areas on the ground floor inclusive of all event spaces and toilets.

What should I wear?

Answer

The venue is a beautiful classic English country house with lots of beauty and charm and we would love it if you dressed to impress! But we are aware it's July and on the rare occasion the UK gets hot we also want you to be comfortable to party so black tie is encouraged but optional. Later in the evening ties and jackets off is encouraged.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

With the exception of our drinks reception, our ceremony and breakfast will be inside in the air conditioning. If you feel the cold easily please bring a shawl as we will be in July and will trying to keep the temperature as comfortable as possible for the masses.

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

The venue is paved around the outside so no need to cross grass for those ladies planning to wear heels when outside for the drinks reception. Recommendation for those not staying at the venue to bring a comfortable pair of shoes or flip flops to change into so you can dance the night away!

Is it okay to take pictures at the wedding?

Answer

We would love for you to take pictures and ask that you share all of them via a shared album that will be emailed closer to the day. We kindly ask that NO photo's are taken in the ceremony. We would love you to be present and enjoy the moment with us.
