It all started in 2017 at the University of South Carolina—where the weather was humid, the dining hall food was questionable, and love was apparently just a Snapchat add away. We first crossed paths while living in Bates House, a dorm known for its old age and asbestos. One day before Christmas break, Holly ran into Kyle and added him on Snapchat—and that bold move changed everything. From going out in Five Points to staying up late so Kyle could play Fortnite and many Russell House dates, something just clicked. Today, we live in Charlotte, navigating the corporate world and proudly parenting our perfect sweet angel golden retriever, Tucker—who fully believes this wedding is about him. We’ve come a long way since those Bates House days, but we still laugh at how it all began—just a girl, a guy, and one very fateful snapchat add. Kyle is so lucky to have Holly.
