We do not have a formal hotel block, but you can find several nearby options under the Travel tab. If you’d like to stay at Big Cedar Lodge but aren’t sure which lodging to choose — we’ll be staying in the Lakeside Cottages, and both the Valley View Lodge and Falls Lodge are within walking distance of the ceremony and reception venues. If you’re staying on-site, Big Cedar Lodge offers a complimentary shuttle service to help guests easily get around the property.
The ceremony will take place at the Garden Chapel, and the cocktail hour and reception will follow at the Grandview Conference Center in the Lakeview Rooms — down the stairs and to the left when you walk in. For more details about the weekend’s events, please visit the Schedule tab.
While our ceremony and reception will be adults-only, children are welcome to join for the other events throughout the weekend if you’d like to bring them to the resort. Big Cedar Lodge is very family-friendly, with plenty to do for all ages.
There will be parking available for those who are not staying at the Big Cedar Lodge. Please check back here closer to the wedding when we get further details from the resort on how to get there.

Yes! Our reception dinner will be served buffet-style. Please let us know on your RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions — we want to be sure there’s something delicious for everyone to enjoy.
