We are so excited and honored that you will be joining us for our nuptials on the summer solstice of 2025! The wedding takes place at Secrets/Impressions Moxche in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This all-inclusive, adults-only property is quite new-opening in 2022. We recommend staying at this property as it would be difficult to attend the festivities otherwise. There are three main levels of rooms at this resort - all of which are lovely. On the Secrets side there is a base level and a "Preferred Club" level. For even more luxury, you can stay on the Impressions side. As you will note on our website, festivities kick-off with a welcome reception Thursday evening, the wedding is on Saturday, and there will be an optional group excursion Sunday afternoon. We have secured a block of rooms at approximately 25% off what you can find online. There is more detailed information below.

The entire Secrets Moxche is gorgeous! You will most certainly be happy with their standard suites which have an earthy feel paying tribute to the natural beauty of their Yucatan surroundings. For even more luxury, consider the Preferred Club suites. This gives you access to many additional privileges including Preferred Club lounge and a rooftop pool area overlooking the sea.

Impression Moxché by Secrets

A small group stayed at the Impressions "side" of the resort in September of 2024. It is smaller than the Secrets "side" and thus, quieter. The rooftop infinity pool at Impressions is absolutely AMAZING! If you really want to feel pampered, we highly recommend!

Sunday excursion information

We are planning to rent a catamaran (or two) on Sunday for a fun-filled group excursion. We will post more information about this adventure as we get closer to the date.

Shuttle to and from the Airport to and from the Resort

Guests will need to book ground transportation to and from the resort. We recommend Amstar. There may be discounts available. We will post that information soon.

Flight

Guest choice on Airlines

Guests will need to make their own flight arrangements. The Cancun airport is the closest to the resort. We suspect most guests will arrive on Thursday, June 19, 2025, in time for the welcome reception and return home on Monday, June 23, 2025 to take advantage of our group excursion on Sunday, June 22, 2025. Having said that -if you'd like to stay longer or shorter- go for it!!
