It was a beautiful October night in 2020 when fate brought Holly Brown and James Butler Jr. together. Monday and Wednesday night coed softball to be exact. James tried and tried…… One Wednesday after a game James said to Holly “You not gone wait on me” and just like that Holly finally gave in. He put his number in her phone. They hit it off right away. That following Friday they went on their first date at Pensacola Ale House. By Thanksgiving 2020 they were officially in a relationship (11/23/2020) It wasn't long before they knew they had found something special in each other. Their love grew deeper as they explored their shared interests, such as their love for softball and eating!!! lol The couple's favorite things to do is fire up the grill any chance they get and to watch movies together. In June 2021 James and Holly moved into their first apartment together. He loved it, and so did she most of the time. Soon after moving in together life changed forever…… Surprisingly being hauled up in the apartment together made their relationship stronger.. So strong that 3 Months later Holly found out she was pregnant. Lol Let’s just say the rest is history. On December 25th, 2023 on Christmas morning after watching the kids open their Christmas gifts James proposed to Holly. Yep that’s right, in her moo moo, no wig (bonnet on), nails not done and funky breath (she didn’t get a chance to brush her teeth first) In that moment she knew that none of those things mattered to him as long as he had HER. And that made her answer just a little more easier.. They look forward to continuing to explore new things together and make memories that will last a lifetime. They are happy they are officially The Butlers.
