Narrated by Father Fate For those of you that don't know, the couple both participate in coed softball on Mondays and Wednesdays! And this is where their story begins.... Chapter 1: It was on one beautiful Monday night in October (2020) when fate brought Holly and James Butler Jr. together. After a few failed attempts one Wednesday night after a game James yells to Holly "So you not gone wait on me?" with a charming smile and just like that she gave in. He entered his number in her phone, and they hit it off right away! That following Friday, the two went on their first date to Pensacola Ale House. They shared a few laughs over food and drinks and began dating from there. Chapter 2: It wasn't long before the two knew they had found something special in each other, and by Thanksgiving 2020, the two were officially a couple. Their love grew deeper and deeper as they explored shared interests such as softball and eating. A few of the couple's favorite things they enjoy doing together are firing up the grill any chance they get and watching movies. James and Holly's love continued to grow and blossom over the next few months. Chapter 3: June (2021) the couple moved into their first place together. James loved having their own space TOGETHER and so did Holly (most of the time *wink*). Surprisingly, after being hauled up in an apartment the couple's relationship grew even stronger...so strong that only 3 months later Holly would become pregnant. As life went on and their family grew the couple continued loving on and celebrating each other. Chapter 4: As the world kept turning and the seasons continued to change, our soon-to-be groom decided he too was ready for a change. On December 25th 2023 (Christmas Morning) while watching the kids opening their gifts and enjoying all the excitement James popped the question! Yes, that's right, he did it right then and there. Our soon-to-be bride was stunned! Dressed in a moo moo, no wig, bonnet on, nails a mess, and funky breath. (he didn't even give our girl a chance to brush her teeth). But in that moment, she knew none of those things truly mattered to him; it was her he wanted! If he had her, that's all that truly mattered, and with that realization her answer became clear. Yes!! As the pair enters a new chapter (with a lifetime of chapters to go), they look forward to continuing to explore new things, leading with love, and making tons of memories that'll last a lifetime!!!!.... So, for now, I say cheers to James and Holly officially becoming the BUTLERS!!!
