All RSVPs will be received through mail. Please mail your RSVP no later than March 1st, 2026 regardless of your answer. This ensures us and our vendors an appropriate amount of time to make arrangements to accomodate everyone. Any RSVPs not received by March 15th, 2026 will unfortunately be considered a no.
Please arrive at the ceremony by 3:30pm and take a seat no later than 3:55pm. Late arrivals will unfortunately not be able to join in the ceremony as it would be disrespectful to the bridal party and families to disrupt the ceremony. There is a reception area including a cash bar, restrooms, and tables to accomodate all before the ceremony starts at 4:00pm.
All plus ones have been noted on the invitations sent out. If you have any questions about whether or not you can bring a date, please feel free to reach out to either Holly or Jacob for clarification.
Yes, our dress code is Cocktail attire.
Absolutely! We love each and every member of our family and a wedding would not be the same without all the littles there.
Absolutely! We completely understand that some may have allergies and/or dietary restrictions and we can accomodate for that. Please indicate what that restriction is on your RSVP and reach out to Holly or Jacob to confirm that it has been noted. Our venue is able to provide safe meal options to us to accomodate everyone.
Yes, there is on site parking at the venue. There are two parking lots: the banquet lot and the golf lot. We recommend parking in the banquet lot as it is right next to the entrance to the ceremony and reception. Cars may also be left overnight if needed at no charge.
Yes! There will be events happening before the wedding. As these are planned out, invitations and more information will be available. Most events prior to the wedding will be held in McHenry, Illinois.
We respectfully ask that you do not make any major announcements at our wedding. Please respect our day and the time and effort we have put into planning it as we would respect yours.
