Arrival

This is a semi formal to formal event. The nicer you want to dress the better! Men please wear at least a tie and jacket if not a full suit. We ask no polos or jeans. The venue is all outside and on the cliff side so be prepare for possible wind. There is a heated tent for the reception space. Women, be mindful picking your shoes because you’ll be walking on grass. Dress to celebrate with us!
The shuttle will arrive at 4pm. Other attendants will need to arrive at 4pm as well. You’ll be able to enjoy a drink and mingle before heading down to the ceremony lawn. The ceremony will start at 4:30.

We are expecting to start promptly at 4:30 pm. We are asking no phones or cameras out during our ceremony please.
Reception

Cocktail hour will start on the lawn with dinner and reception to begin at 6pm in the tent. There will be a buffet style meal served. Please be mindful of our seating chart. Toasts will begin once everyone has gotten their plates and are seated. We are making it nut free, options for gluten free, and options for vegetarian. A kids buffet is also going to be available. Let’s have a great night of dancing and celebrating! The shuttle will arrive at 10pm to take everyone back to the hotel in Portland!
