Are there any requirements/requests related to COVID-19?

Answer

We expect nearly all of our guests will have the opportunity to be fully vaccinated prior to May 29th. However, in order to help keep the event as safe as possible for everyone, we will be limiting seating at each table and creating adequate distance. State guidelines as of April 6th strongly recommend but do not require mask wearing. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. Please contact us if you have any special concerns regarding COVID.

Where do we park?

Answer

The most convenient lots are the Hilton parking garage on Calhoun St across from the main entrance to the hotel, and the Embassy Theatre lot on Jefferson Blvd. Both have sky bridges that connect to the 2nd floor of the Grand Wayne Center, very near the Gallery, where the ceremony is being held.
