We will have a shuttle transporting guests to/from the wedding and hotel. Feel free to park at the hotel and shuttle to the wedding, then shuttle back to the hotel later. Check back later for shuttle times! There is also free parking available on site at our venue. If driving yourself, you are able to leave your car overnight, it just needs to be picked up by 1:00 pm the next day! Please note, there are limited Ubers to the area, so please plan accordingly! There will be a golf cart transportation from the parking lot to the ceremony for anyone who may need it.
Yes! We have a room block for our guests at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster, located just 15 minutes from our venue. Please see the Travel section of our website to find the link to book a room at our discounted rate. Please reserve as soon as possible to ensure that we have enough accommodations for all of our guests.
Yes! We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! Semi-Formal is most appropriate and would be greatly appreciated! Please no white. Also note that this event will be outdoors, with a shaded ceremony space, and tented reception.
If you received your invite with your plus one on it, then yes! Our day is special, and we thoughtfully picked out our guest list!
Our wedding is an adults only event with the exception of select kids. If your child(ren) are not listed on your invitation, please make prior arrangements for them and enjoy a date night with us!
Please refrain from taking pictures and videos during our ceremony! We have a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture our special moments & would appreciate it if they were the only ones to take pictures and videos at that time. Cocktail Hour & Reception: Take all the photos and videos your heart desires, and be sure to share them with us!
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00 pm. We recommend guests arrive at 3:30 pm so there is time to mingle, sign our guest book, and find your seat.
Our shuttle bus will depart from The DoubleTree by Hilton Resort Lancaster. Our ceremony will begin at 4 pm. Cocktail hour will follow this, beginning around 4:30 pm. The reception will begin around 5:30 pm and will include a formal dinner followed by drinks and dancing! The event will end at 10:30 pm and a shuttle back to the hotel will be available with final departure at 11:00 pm.
