We want our guests to be as comfortable as possible! Since it's outdoor, we want you to be able to warm enough that our wedding will be enjoyable for you. There will be people in their Sunday best or their Saturday casuals. We'll just be happy that you're here!
If your invitation says "Your name and guest", then you are welcome party on with your plus one! If it does not, but you believe it could be a mistake, please contact one of us and ask. There's a good chance we worded it the way we did for a reason, whether that be number of guests or seating available, and we don't want any conflicts to come up the day of the wedding. We appreciate you enough to be honest with you!
This is ultimately a "you" decision. We want to enjoy yourselves as much as you're able to, with or without kids! We will not have any designated people who will be specifically watching the tiny tots, so if you're wanting to party the night away, we suggest getting a babysitter (and a hotel!)
No. Abilene and Salina are both within a 20 minute drive from both the ceremony and reception and are easily accessible! We will also have designated drivers the night of the wedding/reception in case you party a little too hard!
There will be plenty of parking available with limited walking distance required. Please let us know if you have special accommodations that need to be met.
There will be seating available for everyone who RSVPs, so whatever find you find necessary to be comfortable in time for the ceremony is fine with us. We do ask that if you are not family or have not specifically been asked to help or participate in the wedding in any way that you do not show up prior to an hour before the ceremony starts (ex. ceremony is at 3:00, do no arrive prior to 2:00).
PLEASE! While our menu will be set, we can do everything in our power to be able to accommodate your dietary/allergy needs.
