Do I HAVE to wear a costume?

Answer

Costumes are totally optional, but highly encouraged! We will also have an array of costumes available for adults and children, if you do not have one with you.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a lot right outside of Wehr Nature Center for the ceremony. The Zoo has a main lot in the front off of Bluemound Road! Tell the folks at the parking gate that you are there for the wedding and they will let you in. :)

Where do I go when I get there?

Answer

For the ceremony, head behind the Wehr welcome building and find a seat at the amphitheater! For the reception, head into the Zoo Welcome Center after parking off of Bluemound Rd.

Is there anything else the couple wants me to know?

Answer

We gather you here with the hope and benefit of the doubt that you hold love in your hearts for members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, as you are attending an event celebrating the love of members of the queer community. If you are unwilling to celebrate and affirm queer love and our LGBTQ+ family and chosen family, please consider staying home.
