Where should we stay?

Answer

We are so excited to have out guests join us in Versailles, KY for our wedding weekend. For guests staying overnight, we have listed several highly-rated accommodations under the "Travel" tab of our website

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Along Granducci Alley in Versailles, KY (next to the Woodford Country Historical Society), there is a public parking lot. Our guest shuttle will be taking guests to and from this parking lot to the wedding venue, Rose Hill Inn.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We are asking that our guests plan to arrive by ~4:15pm or earlier to the wedding venue. The shuttle will start making trips at 3:45pm to ensure that everyone is able to get to their seats with ease prior to the ceremony.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held uncovered under the 200-year-old oak tree on the property. Following with be cocktail hour, held in the main house of the venue and on the back veranda of the property. Guests will then make their way back outside for the tented reception on the back lawn.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

In the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be under the tent on the back lawn. Guests will then move inside for cocktail hour as previously planned while the tent is reset for the reception. This will ensure a seamless and comfortable transition in the case of rain!

What should guests avoid wearing?

Answer

Keep in mind that early September in Kentucky can still be on the warmer side. Heels are suitable for the venue. Our ceremony will be on grass, but the rest of the event will by on hard surface floors/patios.

Will there be an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged experience. Please silence and put away all phones, cameras, and devices so everyone can be fully present with us in the moment. We’ve chosen an incredible photographer to capture the ceremony, and we promise to share those memories with you afterward. Your presence means the world to us, and we would love for our aisle and ceremony photos to be filled with smiling faces rather than screens.

What’s the best way to contact someone on the wedding day?

Answer

To allow us to be fully present and enjoy the celebration, we kindly ask that guests avoid contacting the bride or groom directly on the wedding day regarding logistics or timing questions. If you need assistance that day, please reach out to our wedding planner/coordinator, who will be happy to help with any questions that arise. Please call 859-214-2144 with any questions or concerns.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered through Zola, and you can find our registry by visiting the “Registry” tab on our website. Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift, and we are so grateful to celebrate this special season with the people we love most. For those who have asked or wish to honor us with a gift, we sincerely appreciate your generosity and support as we begin this next chapter together.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by August 15th, 2026. This allows us time to finalize seating arrangements, catering counts, and all of the thoughtful details for the weekend. If you are able, we greatly appreciate responding as soon as possible. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
