Please RSVP by March 24th, as we need to send our final count to our caterer right around that time. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we may not be able to accommodate you afterwards.
The main floor of the venue is all accessible without stairs, but unfortunately the basement is not. Please let us know what we can do to help accommodate.
There is a small parking lot and lots of free street parking! There is also a shuttle from the Tru Hilton if you are a guest there. Shuttle times are 2:55, 3:10, 3:25, and 3:50pm. The shuttle will take guests back to the hotel starting at 8:30pm until midnight.
We are hoping for a beautiful spring day and hope your attire can reflect the season of growth. Bright, spring colors and light-colored suits (or button-ups and slacks) are requested. Please no jeans, graphic t-shirts, or hats. Feel free to wear sparkly or unique patterns/colors! Wedding colors are oranges, yellows, pinks, and greens; any of these colors would be welcomed. Purples and light blues would be fine also!
Our registry is exclusively online through our wedding website, but we do have various items that can be purchased from Amazon, Walmart, etc if you feel so inclined :)
Please let us know on your RSVP of your needs and we will be sure to adjust your meal accordingly :)
Unless specifically addressed on your invitation, please do not bring extra guests. We unfortunately do not have space to accommodate other people!
Only kids who are addressed specifically on the invitation as we are tight on capacity.
