Maid of Honor
Rachel barged in when I was 2 years old. The last name got her title of "Maid of Honor," but we won't share a name for much longer! We've got lots in common even though she doesn't like to admit it. Rachel is the funniest, oddest, quickest person I know, and she is a hard-working, drop-everything loyal friend and sister. She adds joy to our family and I have loved sharing Harding with her.
Best Man
Brother and first roommate. We live in Memphis together!
Bridesmaid
Autumn Renee is my oldest friend. She walked with me through some of my worst years and chose to stick around!!! That alone makes her stellar - she is also creative, genuine, charming, bubbly, loves to laugh more than most, and has the gift of making people feel at home instantly. This gal is the most patient listener I have ever met.
Groomsman
Engineering pal #1 and final guy roommate. We go to The Band Camino concerts together!
Bridesmaid
Ahhh, Loren. A friend that dates back to the earliest, cringyest years as well. You'll see her glowing down the aisle because she has a heart of 14K GOLD. She's also as tall as all the groomsmen. We grew up going to a family church encampment together and used to get yelled at in our basketball shorts for laughing too loud during naptime. We got busted for multiple pranks and got away with dozens of others. We blame it on our dads who also grew up at camp and enjoy shenanigans just as much as we do. To top it all off, Loren is the one who introduced me to Harding. For that, I owe it all to her.
Groomsman
Engineering pal #2 and fellow GAC manager. We swipe into the caf to get ice-cream!
Bridesmaid
Truthfully, it is sCaRy how much Chloe and I have in common. Chloe is an old friend from youth group, and if you know anything about Enneagram 1s or 2s then you know how we tick. We can drive 8 hours to Harding and never run out of things to talk about - we share the same joys and have fought many of the same battles. I strive to be like Chloe in the way she fiercely serves those she loves. Huge-hearted Chloe is not one prone to blackmail, which is good, because she knows more about me than anyone else.
Groomsman
Engineering pal #3 and long time friend. We talk exclusively in TV show references!
Bridesmaid
Remember that first date we talked about? Hannah and Carter accompanied us. One of our favorite couples to double date with to this day. I can always count on Hannah and I being on the same page, and it is so refreshing. Hannah Bramlett is PASSIONATE and DISCIPLINED. The word intentional is overused, but Hannah deserves it as a descriptor.
Groomsman
College roommate and friend. We love playing board games together! (except Chameleon)
Bridesmaid
Carly Warren is quite similar to my fiancé. Which means Carly and I are very different (HA!). But it also means I adore her. We accidentally ended up as suitemates one year, and it was the Lord's doing. Since then we have been coworkers and roommates and done every part of life together. Carly is the most understanding woman you'll ever meet. She is also CLEVER as heck, honest, the most incredible secret keeper, and a disciplined creature of habit (see? nothing like me.) She's got the voice of an angel and has taught herself multiple instruments. Yes, Weston and I know we have talented roommates. Stick around!
Groomsman
College friend. We yell in the name of golf together!
Bridesmaid
SPUNKY ALLYSON! To know her is to love her. What started as a partnership in our Nursing Health Assessment Lab created one of my favorite friendships... probably because intimacy was forced as part of the curriculum. Ally is a person of integrity and a natural born leader. She is resilient and determined. There is no stopping us once we get giggling, and we typically go to the point of hysteria.
Groomsman
College friend. We make each other coffee while he teaches me politics/history!
Bridesmaid
Shelbo. This girl is dear to me and she is to be admired for many things. For starters, she is 100% true to herself. She is confident and quirky and yet ANOTHER friend I will never get tired of laughing with. Shelby and I have been through the loot together, but I couldn't ask for a better friendship today. Life would be dull without her spunk... but watch out, she'll push your buttons if you're not careful. ;)
Groomsman
College housemate and friend. We love our doodles and pre-owned outdoor apparel!
Bridesmaid
Makayla's friendship is another one that I can thank nursing school for. She has been my encourager and rock throughout the long semesters. Makayla is a powerhouse of a woman, and you can catch her sleeping at her 5:00 AM shift at work because she still brought home the bacon in nursing school. Her presence is calming, and she is the queen of thoughtful actions to make your day better.
Groomsman
College roommate/housemate and friend. We are the best Spikeball partners, and no one can convince me otherwise!
Bridesmaid
Kara and I got stuck next to each other in chapel one semester, and then intentionally sat by each other every semester after that one. It was probably us you heard giggling. She is one of my first go-tos for advice. She is wise, Spirit-filled, and beaming with grace. She is the best story teller you'll ever meet and I promise you'll leave the conversation laughing.
Groomsman
Childhood best friend and Myanmar roommate. We used to share themed birthday parties, and I hope that happens again someday!
House Party
I was always the older sister - and now I have one of my own! Emily is a joyful encourager and loves fiercely. I am stoked to be getting another lovely sister and am grateful she helped get me the title “Aunt” !!!
House Party
Pick out the person having OBVIOUSLY the most fun in the room and you’ve probably found Reese. He is as loving, outgoing, and people-oriented as they come.
House Party
Channing, another COVID bride - and I promise you the most positive one of them all - has been the biggest cheerleader as I attempt planning in a pandemic. Despite the wedding hurdles, we still managed to add her to our family this year, and it has been an absolute joy.
House Party
Rowdy, practically a brother, went from living up to his name and pestering me in middle school English to the point of forcing a new seating chart upon the class to now being one of the most thoughtful, attentive, and fun people in my corner. He is a go-getter and a world-changer!
