The ceremony will start at 5:30pm. Please start arriving at 5:00pm to find parking and time to get to your seat. If you happen to arrive late, we kindly ask that you wait & find a seat after the bridal party has walked in.
We do love children but with limited space the only children at the wedding will be the bride and grooms' family members. We hope that you all can accept this decision and make the proper arrangements to join us in our celebration of marriage.
We are asking all our guest to please wear cocktail attire. Cocktail attire consists of cocktail length dress or dressy separates for women and suit and tie for men. We politely ask no jeans, t-shirts, polos or sneakers. Please be mindful as we would also like everyone to look and feel their best. We have been asked what is the color coordination. If you like to coordinate please wear black or hunter green.
The full day of wedding activities will all take place at the same location. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be inside. This is a very open property, and you will be able to enjoy both indoors and outdoors.
We are praying for a nice sunny day is San Antonio, Tx. It can typically get hot in July. We will update our guest accordingly if any changes are made.
Yes, there will be parking available in front of the venue. Please park anywhere after the gravel in front of the Glasshouse. At this time there is no valet. You can be dropped off in the front if using uber or lyft. We ask that you all arrive in time to limit distractions from the ceremony.
We will allow pictures at the ceremony but please be mindful of having phones in the way of the photographer.
The RSVP deadline will be Monday June 3rd, 2024. We will not be able to make any accommodations after as the guest count will be finalized and given to our vendors.
Should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table & card box for your convenience. We have attached our wedding registry to the website.
