Are our kids welcome to join us in Mexico?

While we love your children, this will be a kid-free wedding, and we ask that you come for the fun without your children. We appreciate you understanding!

How do we book our travel?

All travel should be booked through our travel agent, Dana Schwieters. If at any time you have questions, please reach out to her at dana@dottravel.net. How long should we stay?

Answer

We will be spending the entire week in Mexico, and we invite you to stay for as long, or as little as you would like. We'd love for all of our favorite people to stay as long as possible to keep the celebration going, but we understand that people have lives to get back to. Please note that a 3 night minimum stay is required at our resort. Recommended stay for those who would like to stay for a week: Saturday - Saturday

What should I wear for your Mexico beach wedding?

Answer

We ask that our guests dress semi-formally; think formal or cocktail dresses, linen suits, collared shirts, etc. Please wear shoes to the ceremony, and avoid wearing casual streetwear.

When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. The final deadline to RSVP is by November 1st, 2026 and this is when your resort stay must be booked. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as 'not coming'. We need to provide our resort with total guest count, and release blocked rooms in a timely manner. Your flights do not need to be booked by November 1st. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited to our wedding. If you've received a plus one, they will specifically be addressed on your RSVP. Otherwise, we ask that only named people on the invitation are in attendance.

Are food and beverages included?

Answer

Yes - the Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta is an all-inclusive resort, which means once you arrive to the resort, everything is included.
