Where should I stay?

All of our guests are invited to stay at the resort we are getting married at, Finest Playa Mujeres. You can find all of the booking information below in the next question!

How do I book my stay?

Answer

We are so excited you're ready to book your room and will be attending our wedding, we cannot wait to celebrate with you! To book your reservation, please contact Nikki Masson. Nikki is our Travel Agent for the wedding and all reservations are required to be booked with Nikki. You should have an email from her on more details on booking but, just in case, her contact is listed below! Nikki Masson 770-833-9849 nikkimasson@travelmation.net

Can I book the reservation myself?

Answer

Great question! Unfortunately you cannot. Since you are attending a wedding on-site your room is required to be booked through Nikki. Also, you cannot receive the group perks if you book on your own, so please make sure to reach out to Nikki!

Am I able to stay elsewhere and still attend your wedding?

Answer

For weddings Finest does not allow outside guests to attend. If you are planning to join in on the celebration for our wedding day you are required to stay at the resort, but we have an entire weekend of fun planned so you definitely don't want to miss out on all the events!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We will consider your room reservation your RSVP! Our travel agent, Nikki Masson, will be in contact with us as guest bookings are placed so we will be notified!

Do I need my passport?

Answer

Yes! You are required to have your passport since you will be flying to Mexico. Please make sure that your passport does not expire within 6 months of attending our wedding to avoid any complications!

Isn't Mexico kinda unsafe to travel to?

Answer

Nope! We would never put our family and friends in danger. You will be safe! The resort is gated and monitored 24/7 and everyone coming and going from the resort is required to check in at the gates. The beaches are also monitored, so don't worry! As a couple, we have previously traveled to Mexico twice and truly feel it is safe for tourism and have loved to vacation there!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones and all additional invitations that have been extended have been communicated with our travel agent, Nikki! We truly feel we have addressed anyone and everyone but if you have any questions about your invitation please reach out to Brianna!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Finest Playa Mujeres is a family friendly resort! We have added all family members to your invitation and communicated with our travel agent. To our childless friends, don't worry, there are adult-only sections at the resort as well!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is beach semi-formal! Please see our "attire" page for a few ideas of what this could look like for women and men! If you wear white beware of the maid-of-honor, the open bars include red wine. ;)

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, weather permitting.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Nope, sorry. No alcohol allowed. Just kidding, it's an all-inclusive resort so yes it is! We truly encourage all of our guests to have fun and treat this as a vacation!
