Hollis and Joseph’s story began on Bumble, where fate had a funny way of making things simple—Joseph was Hollis’s very first (and only) Bumble date, and from that moment on, everything just felt right. They quickly discovered they shared so much in common: a love of books, games, and cozy nights with their favorite shows and movies. Joseph’s intelligence and kindness drew Hollis in instantly, while Joseph was captivated by Hollis’s big heart and the way she cares deeply for others. Their very first date was at The French Press in Denver in January 2024. Just over a year later, they returned to that same spot, where Joseph asked Hollis to spend forever with him. She, of course, said yes. Together, they’ve built a little family with their dogs, Sam and Azula, and their bearded dragon, Norbert. They adore being Auntie and Uncle to their four nephews, and some of their happiest memories are spent around a fire pit or playing board games side by side. Hollis and Joseph knew from the very beginning that this was something meant to last a lifetime. Now, they can’t wait to begin the next chapter of their love story—surrounded by family and friends who have been part of their journey all along.
