When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 12th so we can finalize all details with our venue and make sure everyone gets to eat!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal, we ask that our guests please refrain from wearing jeans, sneakers, shorts, tank tops, (I know we are in Florida but we like to dress it up), so dress to impress!!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 4PM. Please plan to arrive around 3:00 to 3:30 to ensure you have plenty of time to find a seat and settle in!

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We will be having an “unplugged ceremony”, so we kindly ask that everyone keep their phones and cameras away to be fully present & enjoy the moment with us. We have hired professionals to do the photo taking, but feel free to take all the pictures you would like after the ceremony!

Are kids welcome?

We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only event! Enjoy a night off and come ready to party!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely - reach out to the bride or groom with any allergy related concerns/requests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is parking at the venue! There is also a shuttle provided by our venue to take you to and from your hotel to the wedding and back again! Fairfield Inn & Suites also provides a shuttle to and from the wedding as long at least 15 rooms are booked for the event!
