Where is the ceremony and reception located?
Answer
The best place to access the ceremony space is: Chapman Beach Access Point 472 W 7th St Cannon Beach, OR 97110 The reception space is located at: Steidel Community Hall 207 N Spruce Cannon Beach, OR 97110 - Public park available at the reception space. If you are staying in Cannon Beach, your walk to the reception space might be short.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Please plan to arrive at the reception hall by 4:15 pm to join the carpool to the beach ceremony. The last carpool will depart at 4:40 pm. After that time, you will need to arrange your own transportation to the ceremony site. If you plan to go directly to the beach ceremony without the carpool, please note that there is no street parking at the beach. We recommend planning by checking walking routes on Google Maps or arranging transportation such as Uber. You are more welcome to ride the carpool back to the reception following the ceremony. It is roughly a 25-minute walk from the ceremony space to the reception space.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is a public parking lot and street parking available at the reception location. There is NO public parking at the beach access point.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is beach semi-formal, polished yet comfy! Flowing dresses, linen shirts, and shoes that won’t sink in are perfect. Think florals and shades of blue! Cowboy hats are welcome! Although it is May, coastal weather can be unpredictable, so we suggest bringing a jacket or coat to stay comfortable if it gets chilly.

Kindly RSVP by April 1st so we can plan for everyone. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you won’t be able to join us.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
To help us plan, only guests listed on the RSVP can be accommodated. We have limited space at our venue and cannot accommodate extra guests.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your kids, our wedding is for guests 21 and older.
