Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be held outside.
RSVP's will be open on our website after you receive the formal invite. Please let us know by March 1st, 2026! If you have not responded by then, we will assume you cannot make it.
While we love all of your kiddos, we would prefer to keep the reception to adults (18+) only. Please refer to your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Yes, we have two room blocks and both are listed with direct links to the site on the "TRAVEL" page.
There is NO PARKING at the venue. If you are staying at one of our hotel blocks (Coconut Palms or Hampton Inn) there will be a sign in sheet for transportation to the venue at the front desk of each. Please sign up for the bus there. Last shuttle from hotel will leave by 3:30pm to head to the venue so please allot time to check in/ get signed up for the bus before that time. If you are not at one of the hotels, you can park at the church down the street (address below) and there will be transportation to the venue that will make rounds picking groups up and dropping off at the venue before ceremony.
