To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline to RSVP is October 1st, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'not attending'. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please feel free to wear any color other than white and no jeans please! The bridal party will be in dusty blue.
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm. We ask that everyone arrives by 3:00 we can start on time.
We have tried our best to accommodate our guests, but unfortunately, space is limited. If a plus one has been allotted to you, your invitation will reflect that. We look forward to spending the evening celebrating with our closest friends and family!
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event (unless specified otherwise in your invitation). We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Yes! There will be an open bar for the cocktail hour and reception! If you are feeling thirsty before the ceremony, you may purchase a drink in the Crossings bar area. Our cocktail hour begins directly after the ceremony. Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
Yes, our ceremony will be held outdoors with a cocktail hour to follow! We ask that you dress accordingly. This will be followed by an indoor reception!
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer & videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes of course! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like (make sure to share them with us!)
After the wedding, we plan on going to the Westin next door to continue our private party, and for anyone interested in continuing the fun...one option is heading to the bars in Carlsbad Village, stay tuned!
