* Rates are calculated based on the number of people and type of room selected. * Rates are ALL INCLUSIVE meaning all accommodations, food, beverages, and resort activities are included in the daily rate. That includes ~10 restaurant options, daily mini bar restock, 24 hour room service, water sports, pool and beach access, etc. * The same reduced rates are available between May 10th and May 20th. Rooms will likely sell out, so reserve asap. * Booking through The Mariott's Bon Voy App may offer competitive rates (changes daily), but you may not be rooming next to other guests. * The Royal Beach Club is an adult only area that has premium liquor, an exclusive restaurant, and exclusive adult only pool/spa area. * Suites have a separate living room. ** If you want to stay in the Royal Beach Club, want to add a 3rd occupant, or need to add a child, please email our booking coordinator: Gabriela.Paniagua@westin.com

Yes!! If you do not have a current passport please get one asap.

What's the closest airport to the resort?

Answer

Liberia Airport (LIR) Then there is an hour long car ride to the resort on the coast. Transportation is provided by Go Costa Rica (see below) * Traveling to San Juan is not recommended unless you are renting a car and having an extended stay.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

Go Costa Rica. They provide private transportation services to resort guests, you can contact them in advance via email at: westin@gocostaricavision.com to schedule your transportation time.

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes, kids are allowed and welcome. Children have different daily rates. Be sure to check out the kids club!! Reservations for babysitting in your room can be made through the resort 24 hours in advance (for children ages 3-12). If you need to add a child to your reservation, please contact Marianna via email Marianna.Jimenez@westin.com

Do I pay everything when I book?

NO!! A credit card is placed on file with the resort and it isn’t charged until the completion of your stay.

Are there any expenses outside of my flight and resort stay I should be aware of?

Answer

1. Bring small bills to tip the bellhop, room service, bartenders, etc. 2. There will be a charge for your transportation from the airport to the hotel and back. Please inquire as to the cost when you reserve with Go Costa Rica 3. The country charges an exit tax of $29 per person at the airport

What is the Royal Beach Club?

Exclusive Royal Beach Club services include club lounge access, private check-in and check-out, personal concierge access, access to a private pool with Bali Beds, exclusive lunch and breakfast at Faisanella Italian Restaurant, premium liquor, and preferred amenity reservations.
