Winter 2010. The lights are dim, the baseline bumping and the intoxicating aroma of "So-Cal Cologne" lingers in the air. It's here, amidst piles of unfolded, half-priced clothing and frenzied holiday shoppers Brian and Sierra first meet. They swap smiles, share a laugh and the rest is history.

Over the past few years, Montauk has become our favorite summer getaway. To celebrate our (6th!) anniversary, we rented a house out east and decided to spend a long weekend filled with sun, sand and one BIG surprise. On the day of our anniversary and despite some foggy weather, Brian suggested we take a trip to the historic Montauk Lighthouse and enjoy the sunset together. (Sierra: "I should have known something was up"). We walked down to the empty shoreline, watched the waves roll in, and admired the natural beauty of the place that we had grown to love so much. Just as the fog began to clear and the sun started peeking out, Brian got down on one knee! Neither of us remember much of what was said, but we both remember it being the happiest moment of our lives and it ending with a "YES!" We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you!
