When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 21st, 2025. You can RSVP directly on our wedding website under the RSVP tab.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony starts promptly at 3pm. Please arrive no later than 2:30pm to be seated.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a block of rooms booked at the Hyatt Place Naperville/Warrenville hotel. Please check the Travel tab for booking instructions. The hotel is 6 minutes from our venue, but there are many nearby hotels if you wish to stay elsewhere.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttle buses to pick up guests from the hotel to the reception. The first two busses will depart the Hyatt at 5:10pm for Arrowhead. The final bus will depart from the Hyatt at 5:20pm for Arrowhead. At the end of the night, we will have busses transporting guests from Arrowhead to the hotel. The busses will shuttle guests at 11:15, 11:30, and 11:45pm.

Will there be an after party?

Yes! Please join us at the hotel lobby bar following the reception to keep the party going.
