Dinner will be served from the Rolling Fork food truck local to the area. Main course options are: 1) Almost Famous Fried Chicken Sandwich - Hand breaded chicken breast, fried to perfection and tossed in our signature Shock Sauce with lettuce, tomato on a toasted bun – it’s ALMOST famous! 2) Elk Burger - Locally sourced Elk seasoned and charbroiled to a perfect medium. Served on a toasted bun with blistered jalapeño, caramelized onions & Apricot preserves 3) Rockfish Tacos - Delicate rockfish blackened and pan seared topped with our delicious watermelon salsa, Pineapple Jalapeno Crema and served on corn or flour tortillas. (Can be made Vegan/Vegetarian with Blackened Tofu and no crema)
