Our love story began in the most unexpected way, during an online class at the start of the pandemic. We were assigned to complete one-on-one meetings with other students, and that’s when fate brought us together. We both thought each other was cute, but didn't know this would be the start of the greatest love of our lives. Months passed, and we finally crossed paths in person for the first time. It was outside the cafeteria building, and with our masks on, we almost didn’t recognize each other. After a brief hello and a quick chat, Holden knew right then and there that he had to ask Jess out. He enlisted the help of our mutual friend, Clare Crotty, to set the wheels in motion. Clare invited Jess to one of Sigma Nu’s parties, and that’s where the magic truly began. As soon as we started talking, everything clicked. The conversation flowed effortlessly, and something just felt right. That night, after Jess got home, she checked her phone one last time before going to sleep and there was a text from Holden, asking her out on a date. Jess literally jumped out of bed before quickly replying that she would go out with him. And the rest is history!
