Flight 93 National Memorial
Consider visiting this beautiful memorial, honoring those that lost their lives aboard Flight 93 on September 11, 2001.
Ohiopyle
This is one of our favorite places to visit and do all the "outdoors-y things"! While November is a little chilly to do many of the water activities, visiting Ohiopyle for it's beautiful scenery is a must! Fun Fact: On our first trip here, after whitewater rafting all day, is where we discovered the Green Gables!
Laurel Caverns
This was a fun impromptu find for us! Consider visiting the beautiful Laurel Caverns- home to Pennsylvania's largest cave!
Fort Necessity National Battlefield
Fort Necessity is home to the first battle that sparked the French and Indian War! You can even tour The Mount Washington Tavern just around the corner. A "must see" for history geeks like us!
Fallingwater
Designed by famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright, The Falling Water house is a beautiful home designed to highlight the waterfalls that its built upon. A very neat experience! (Consider purchasing tickets in advance online.)

Bison Corral Gift Shop
We stumbled upon this family owned and operated bison farm on our way home, and now we visit every time we go to Ohiopyle. You can watch the bison roam in the fields, then stop in the gift shop to purchase some jewelry, sage, or even delicious meats fresh off the farm!
