How does the deposit work?

Answer

**If you are choosing to book your air/hotel or including insurance, your deposit will be higher and noted on the held confirmation for review.** If you opt to book air/hotel and no insurance, your deposit is non refundable! Any option with insurance is fully refundable (minus the cost of insurance) - either by future travel credit or cash back to the card on file. If you do not purchase insurance and only reserve the room, the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE without travel insurance after August 1, 2022. 50% of remaining balance is due by August 10, 2022 - Ketti will send Reminders **Any changes made after the second payment will have a $50 per change fee.** The final payment will be due by September 15, 2022. ***Any changes made after the final payment will have a $100 per change fee.*** ****Payment plans are available and yes, full payment can be processed at any time. How far away is the resort from the airport?

Answer

The resort is a 60 minute drive from the airport. The couple HIGHLY suggests doing a private transfer as you may have multiple stops on the way to your resort that can add on an extra hour or two to your arrival at the resort.

What is the current COVID precaution requirements for travel?

Answer

The CDC has announced that as of January 2021, that all international airline passengers two years of age or older will be required to present documentation of a negative COVID-19 viral test result (either a nucleic acid amplification test or a rapid antigen test) or show proof of positive viral test in the past 3 months and a letter from your healthcare provider or a public health official stating you were cleared to travel, in order to board and fly into the U.S. The testing must be done within 1 calendar days of your journey back to the U.S. if you are fully vaccinated or not. The resort provides a free COVID-19 test that they will schedule for you when you arrive. For more information related specifically to your travel plans, please visit https://www.unicohotelrivieramaya.com/en/info/covid-testing These regulations MAY CHANGE before travel in December of 2022. Ketti will continue to monitor changes and updates from the resort in regards to any changes!

What travel documents do I need to travel to Mexico?

Answer

A Passport. These can take up to 3 months to arrive, so plan accordingly!

Question

What if we chose to stay at a different resort?

Answer

There is a $157/per person charge if you choose to stay at another property to be able to attend the ceremony and reception. You are allowed on the resort property right before the ceremony and until the end of the reception. Unfortunately you cannot purchase day passes to be able to come on to the property on any of they days not pertaining to the wedding.
