When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please rsvp by August 15th so we can give final counts to the venue for food and seating. And for our out of town guest please book your rooms in either hotel block by September 1st.

Please only show up with number of guest you rsvp for.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Please no kids, the only kids that are attending are ours and they will be leaving after dinner. We really want to focus on us, and children can be distracting. We understand if that affects your decision on coming. Thank you.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Colorado can be very unpredictable and our ceremony is outdoors. We are hoping for nice weather at that time but it can be a little brisk during October. If weather is bad, it will be moved indoors at the same location so dress accordingly.

What is the dress code?

We are making the dress code formal evening wear.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive between 3pm and 3:30pm. The wedding will start at 4pm promptly.

What food will there be?

For my picky eaters, we have buffet style with 3 meat options (chicken, beef, and fish) and different sides and salads to try an accommodate everyone’s liking.
