Matron of Honor
A friendship running 15 years strong, this girl has been my rock through countless ups and downs in life. She walked with me through the extensive self development and sometimes awkward coming of age that high school was and continued to grow and learn with me as we went out into the world and became the people college and life and careers made us into. I could go on for pages and pages describing all the insane shenanigary we have gotten into over the years... But suffice it to say I probably wouldn't be who I am today without this girl having been there and I cannot wait for this next adventure I get to embark on with her standing by my side!
Bridesmaid
My partner in all things Grumpy Cat, the soul sister of my love for Olan Rogers videos... This girl and I first bonded during our first few years of college over a hilarious YouTube video and the realization that we both laughed so much harder when we were together. We have had SO many fun times together. From that uncanny ability we have to know just what memes will get the other rolling, to somehow having the propensity to reenact our renditions of what we think velociraptors looked and sounded like on multiple occasions.... My life has had so many unbreakable smiles and heartfelt belly laughs simply by having this girl in it and I thank her for making my world a much more joyous one.
Bridesmaid
To say that our friendship has been a bit of a "long distance relationship" would be putting it lightly! This Aussie and I first met during my time living in Australia during my junior year of college. Michelle was one of the 12 roommates I lived with at the Northreach student lodge and she and her now husband Shane quickly became some of my closest friends. The adventures we three have had together are among some of my fondest memories. From that one time I wore a full piece suit, to the picnic where I nearly got my hot dog stolen by a kookaburra, to our whirlwind 12 country European adventure trip in the dead of winter. I couldn't be more thankful for the friendship and experiences we have shared and how close we have stayed despite living half the world apart.
Bridesmaid
If you've ever wanted a crazy fun and spontaneous outdoor adventure buddy, this girl IS IT. Originally bonding over our love of outdoor shenanigary no matter the season or the weather, she has become a steady friend that I know I can always count on whatever the season. Though our schedules may not always allow us to hangout as much as we may like, we always seem to pick up exactly where we left off. Hers is a friendship I have always felt is deeper than one would think time would allow. But when you find that person you feel just understands you like that, time really doesn't matter.
Best Man
The man the myth the … best-man?... is just shy of legen-Darie. He may have accidentally become a freshman roommate but quickly became the man through late night philosophical discussions and finding random things to build. Now the shenanigans will never end.
Groomsman
The oldest man on the block in age and "friendship". The rocky start of not seeing eye to eye on how to play army men, slowly changed over time when we were forced to judge legos and then play on the same soccer time. The sandwiches and steadfast friendship has only just begun.
Groomsman
He may be a young punk, but I joined the fray when we discovered how to make acid that could remove paint from the parentals walls. The music riffs and nerd fests have only ever gotten stronger with time.
Groomsman
This man made the junior high youth group go rocking with a weird kinda long bullish cut to bald the next year. But that “rock-in lock-in” is where we hit it off for a fast friendships of video games and late nights of 2 man Texas Hold’em. He has managed to stick his humor into my life and keep checking in if I need chips and rice.
