Maid of Honor
Barbara and Samantha met at Mizzou through their sorority, Phi Mu. They were formal and informal roommates for three years if you include the countless sleepovers as pledges, and have been BFFs since. They can often be found laughing so hard they cry over jokes only funny to the two of them, and have each others' names saved in their phones under aliases.
Bridesmaid
Elizabeth is Samantha's little, and it was fate from their first two conversations during sorority recruitment. Plus, finding out Elizabeth shared the exact same birthday as Samantha's brother proved it all. They've been friends through countless hair colors and life events, and are bridesmaids in one another's' weddings.
Bridesmaid
Somehow, Samantha and Tina never crossed paths in college until their senior year, when they both by chance interned together for the ECHL's then Missouri Tigers an hour and a half away. As luck would have it, they actually lived in adjacent buildings their senior year and would spend pretty much every free moment together (or tired car drive). They can DEFINITELY be trusted with any sports trophy.
Bridesmaid
A friendship forged by chance seating assignment in an AHL press box, and then Samantha followed Jasmine and her then-roommate, Whitneigh, out to the Boston area. Jasmine is one of the closest things Samantha has to an older sister or cousin, and their shared love of, really, most things makes for always eventful sleepovers and coffee and walk dates.
Bridesmaid
Lauren is Robert's younger sister, and she opened her heart to Samantha right away. Now, the two Snapchat on the daily, sending photos of Lauren's dog nephew and rating coffees. Lauren isn't just Robert's sister, to Samantha she truly is her future sister as well.
Bridesmaid
The third of Samantha's bridesmaids from hockey circles (ope), Jaylynn and Samantha became friends when Jaylynn shot amazing photography for Samantha's employer at the time. After bonding over their Midwestern heritage and love of the aviation industry, the two hardly go a day without talking, texting, or voice messaging.
