Is there a dress code?

Dress Code: Semi- Formal Ladies, feel free to wear dresses, skirts, or nice slacks paired with a stylish blouse. Gentlemen, we recommend slacks with button-ups or collared shirts. No need for ties, but feel free to add a blazer if you’d like to elevate your look.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

We will be giving each couple a $25 redeemable voucher to travel to and from the venue if traveling within a 50-mile radius. Let us know if you do not have a code!

Is there free parking?

Yes, there are free parking spots within the downtown square. We do suggest Ubering or carpooling since spots will be limited.

Adults-Only Celebration While we love your little ones, this reception will be an adults-only event. We hope you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

We’ll be serving a local BBQ buffet to keep things simple and delicious. We will be serving pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, broccoli salad, mashed potatoes, rolls, and will have sweet and unsweetened tea.

Will there be a ceremony?

We are having a private ceremony just us two at the beautiful Banff National State Park on June 25th, 2025. We are going to premiere the videography from the ceremony with everyone at the reception.

August gets pretty toasty in Tennessee, however, we will be 100% located inside in the precious A/C. :)
